Soonhae Ahn

Soonhae Ahn is an executive entrepreneur and investor. He is the founder of HANA Factory Automation, Jua Global, and Juahn Corp Resource and investor of Trucking Business and Advertisement Business. Born in South Korea, Mr. Ahn is an electrical engineer, who started his career in automotive manufacturing facilities and afterwards, he established his first business in Alabama in 2005. With his professional experiences and passion of work, the business grows in Georgia as well as Alabama. Mr. Ahn is very actively engaged in community services: He was a President of Korean Association of Montgomery, AL in 2014 and Federation of Korean American Association of Alabama in 2018, and he also has been a member of National Unification Advisory Council of Atlanta. He offers seminars for leadership and career opportunities as a Vice President of Alumni of Youngnam University in Korea, and participates in charity events and scholarship foundations.

Julin Gu

Julin Gu has 20 years of professional experience working in the banking and financial services sectors. In 2013 he left Bank of America after 15 years in the Healthlogic Systems Corporation Division to begin working as a Senior Consultant for Tata Consulting Services in Tucker, Georgia, a multinational information technology service, consulting, and business solutions company. Here he assisted healthcare providers in new platform implementations. Currently Mr. Gu is the President of China US Technology Innovation Center, located in Johns Creek, Georgia. The innovation center focuses on technology talent and fostering innovation between Georgia and China. Mr. Gu is a leader in the Chinese Community in the metro Atlanta area. He organizes many networking and social community events, such as serving as the organizer of the annual World Trade Center Atlanta Chinese New Year Business Forum since 2004 and the Chinese New Year Gala Show since 2006.

Jeff Jiang

Yan “Jeff” Jiang is the President of the Atlanta Chinese Entrepreneur Club (ACEC) in Atlanta, Georgia, a position he has held since 2017. He founded and leads one of the most influential Chinese business organizations in the Southeastern United States, connecting over 100 entrepreneurs and executives. Mr. Jiang promotes U.S.–China business cooperation, cross-border investment, and cultural exchange through high-level forums and networking events. He guides strategic development, partnerships, and sponsorships that strengthen ACEC’s regional influence and social impact. Additionally, as an Investor in Magnolia Senior Living in Atlanta, Georgia, he has invested in and supported the growth of senior living and healthcare projects integrating real estate, wellness, and long-term care. His focus is on innovative senior housing models combining medical care, quality of life, and sustainable operations. Mr. Jiang holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the School of Business Administration at Chongqing University and a Bachelor of Medicine in Pediatrics from Chongqing Medical University.

Edward Oh

Edward Oh has over 35 years of professional experience, including serving as a Chief Officer and Captain in merchant ships worldwide. Mr. Oh has established successful manufacturing businesses in South Carolina and Georgia. Among them, he is the founder of US Fibers, one of the largest recycling operations in the U.S., producing fiber products for various industries, including automotive. In 2013, he was recognized as the South Carolina Ambassador for Economic Development by Governor Nikki Haley and was one of 26 select global business leaders recognized by President Obama as contributing to the U.S.’s economic growth. Recently, Mr. Oh founded Bonjil, an Atlanta-based company specializing in designing, manufacturing, and marketing premium luxury skincare products and services.

Michael J. O'Neill

Michael J. O’Neill brings 23 years of extensive experience in retail, business, and commercial banking. Renowned for his people-first leadership, Michael drives innovation, inclusion, and community engagement, aligning with the bank’s mission to serve multicultural business owners and consumers. He has led high-performing teams and strategic initiatives across all levels of banking, earning a reputation for delivering impactful results. Michael is deeply committed to community service, having led United Way campaigns, directed historic neighborhood revitalization projects, and received President Barack Obama’s Volunteer Service Award for his civic contributions. A passionate advocate for education and family values, he previously served on the Stewardship Committee and as PTO President at St. Mary’s Catholic School. Michael and his wife, Sarah, are proud parents of seven children and remain dedicated to serving their community.

Hyong Sang "James" Park

Hyong Sang “James” Park has nearly 35 years as a Chief Executive Officer in the manufacturing industry. He founded a rhinestone embellishments company in 1989, based in South Korea. The company supplies products to major U.S. retailers and exports to countries including the United States, China, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and others. Beyond manufacturing, Mr. Park is an active investor in franchise businesses, real estate, and locally owned restaurants, and also develops multi-family and mixed-use properties in Atlanta, Georgia.

Jake Park

Jake Park was recently appointed as Director by the Loyal Trust Board and now stands for election at this year’s annual meeting. Between 2011 and 2017 he served on the Board of Directors of Promise One Bank. As a Board Member, he chaired the asset liability and technology committees of the bank. He was also a member to the bank’s loan, audit and executive committees of the bank. Between 2017 and 2020, he served Promise One as its President and CEO. Outside of his banking experience, Mr. Park is a nationally recognized IT consultant having provided enterprise resource planning, business intelligence solutions and the creation and maintenance of business intelligence dashboards to Fortune 1000 companies. He holds a BS degree in computer science as well as an MBA degree.

Bo Shen

Bo Shen has 25 years of professional experience in the financial services and technology industries working in asset management, investment banking, consulting, among other areas. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Fenbushi Capital, the first China-based venture capital firm that exclusively invests in blockchain-enabled companies. Mr. Shen began his career working for Raymond James Financial Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia as a Financial Consultant, Vice President of Investment. He spent five years at Raymond James before moving to MCI Corporation in Atlanta to work as the Senior Internet Consultant. In 2001, Mr. Shen began work as Assistant President for China East Asset Management Inc. in Shanghai. Mr. Shen was the Chief Executive Officer of Shanghai Huaji Internet Holding in Shanghai from 2004 to 2008. In 2009, he became Managing Partner for Confederated Asset Management, Ltd. In Hong Kong, a position held until 2012. Between 2014 and 2015 he was the Chief Executive Officer of DACx, a crowdfunding platform for decentralized autonomous corporations, which led him to his current position as Managing Partner of Fenbushi Capital. Mr. Shen is globally considered a blockchain pioneer and as a company Fenbushi has invested in over 50 startups worldwide.

Dr. Dong Wang

Dr. Dong Wang is a highly awarded neurologist and community leader in Johns Creek. He has over 40 publications to his name, including original articles on many neurological topics. He currently works at the Georgia Neurodiagnostic & Treatment Center in Duluth, Georgia where he specializes in adult neurology, clinical neurophysiology, and more. In 2006, he began his Residency in Pediatric Neurology with New York-Presbyterian Hospital at the Columbia University Medical Center. From 2009 to 2012, he did an Adult Neurology Residency at Montefiore Medical Center at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY. Following this residency, he began a clinical Neurophysiology-EEG/EMG fellowship at Hahnemann University Hospital, an affiliate of Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. Upon completion of his fellowship in 2013, Dr. Wang came to Georgia where he began working for the Lagrange Neurology Corporation in Lagrange, Georgia. In 2015, Dr. Wang began working at his current position in the Georgia Neurodiagnostic & Treatment Center in Duluth, Georgia. Currently, he serves as the President of the Chinese Medical Association of Atlanta, a Board Member of the Shandong Association in Atlanta, and a Scientific Advisory Board Member of the Glut1 Deficiency Foundation.
